FAQs regarding online classes
Can I use a mobile hotspot to take my class?
It is not recommended to use a mobile hotspot for testing. Doing so may result in some of the content not loading properly or even blocking you from accessing the class altogether.
How do I get my certificate?
Certificates are generated at the end of each class and can be printed. If you need a wallet sized card, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have multiple employees I need to train. How do I sign them all up?
Email us at email@example.com or call us at (360) 574-6071 and we can work with you to get your employees signed up. We can even give you access to see who has completed their training through your own login.
I would like to speak to a trainer. How do I do that?
If you have questions during your course and would like to speak with a trainer, please call during business hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org and a we will setup a live one on one consult at no charge.”
My certificate did not print. What do I do?

What are the technical requirements to take a class?
Currently our classes are available through most web browsers on most mobile and desktop devices. For the best compatibility, we recommend using Google Chrome or Safari.
