Hazard Communication (HazCom)

This course presents an overview of hazard communication (HazCom) in the workplace, with a focus on OSHA requirements and the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). This course covers how to identify and understand chemical hazards, how to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and what employers and workers must do to stay compliant. The focus of this course is to familiarize you with the regulations surrounding chemical hazards and to offer best practices for protecting yourself from harmful exposures on the job.
